• Booking is not Transferable

• Advance Booking minimum 60% on room tariff.

• Remaining Booking Payment to be made in full at the time of Check-in. 

• Management reserves the right to cancel, alter and change advance booking due to unavoidable circumstances. Any alteration caused will be charged.

• Swimming Pool will be open and operational for all guests, free of charges, from 7 AM in the morning till sunset in the evening.

• Outside Food and Drinks is strictly not allowed in the Hotel Premises. 

• Alcoholic Beverages, Food, Glass Containers are not allowed in the Swimming Pool Area.

• If the tourist fails to avail the accommodation within 5 hrs of his/her schedule time of arrival in the hotel, the reservation will stand cancelled automatically. 

• Extra Charges of 10% on food bill will be levied on food requested to be served in Room.

• In case a tourist shortens the duration of his/her proposed stay, the advance paid for the unoccupied day will not be adjusted. No refund will be admissible. 

• Payment can be made in cash, card or UPI mode. Advance Payment can also be done by transferring the booking amount to the hotel's bank account.

• Air conditioning  Service and Lift Service is subject to availability of Electric Power.

• Generator Service is available.

• Pets are not allowed inside the hotel. Pets  are allowed only in cottages.

• Tariff is subject to change by the hotel authority without notice.
